An illustrative first-seizure discharge protocol, a named artifact, creates three independent obligations from a single event: a driving-notification obligation, a medication-decision obligation, and a follow-up-scheduling obligation. Each is tracked and evaluated separately.

Of the three obligations E1 creates, two are evidenced as completed within their stated closure conditions (notification, follow-up) and one — the medication decision — lacks documented resolution as of its Day 3 closure date.

E1 created three separate obligations, each with its own named owner and closure condition. The driving-notification log shows completion on Day 2, within its closure condition, and the follow-up scheduling system shows a booked appointment on Day 12, within its. The medication-decision note, reviewed through Day 3, contains no documented decision either to start or to withhold medication. The Engine can demonstrate that two of three protocol obligations are evidenced as completed within their stated closure conditions and one is not demonstrably resolved as of its own Day 3 closure date. It cannot establish why the medication decision was not documented, or whether a decision was made verbally without being recorded.
Two of three obligations are evidenced as resolved within their windows. The third has no decision on record at all.
