Evidence overview

What you can inspect — and what it does not prove

The Engine earns legitimacy by making reality inspectable, not by asking you to accept stronger claims. Everything here supports one question — whether responsibility was fulfilled — and shows exactly how far the evidence for it currently goes. This page orients you: what evidence exists, what it currently supports, what it does not, the verification levels in use, and where deeper inspection begins. It is not the catalogue and not the complete source inventory.

Start here to get your bearings. Follow any claim down to its source when you want to.

Nothing below needs to be read in order. Three intentions are supported: orientation (this page), method inspection (how the rules work), and forensic audit (the complete sources). Choose the depth you need at the end.

01What the current public evidence contains

02What has been demonstrated

Current, supported capabilities of the public product — each inspectable in the material above.

  • Recorded obligations can be organised into a single inspectable chain.
  • Facts, acceptance, execution claims, evidence, verification, attribution and economic consequence stay distinct from one another.
  • One authored case supports a $17,500 demonstrable avoidable cost — established from the record, never presented as a saving.
  • The same shared record can be projected through different participant perspectives.
  • Recurrence across episodes can be preserved in an operating record.

03What has not been demonstrated

Stated plainly. Volume of evidence is never presented as proof of outcome.

  • No realized savings.
  • No verified savings.
  • No live employer result.
  • No generalized outcome rate.
  • No claim that the 231 authored cases represent real-world prevalence.
  • No legal liability or recoverability determination.
  • No clinical correctness adjudication.

04Evidence levels

The verification ladder currently in use, weakest to strongest. Today the public demonstration reaches authored, internally confirmed and supported-reconstruction rungs; the live, realized and independently verified rungs are named honestly as not yet reached.

  1. L1

    Authored demonstration

An authored fixture that shows how The Engine organizes a record. The content is composed for illustration, not drawn from a live event.

Does not establish: A live event, a real participant, a real employer outcome, or any realized or verified savings.

  2. L2

    Artifact internally confirmed

A displayed artifact has been checked against the fixture's own controlling data and matches it.

Does not establish: A live source, a complete episode, real execution, or any real-world outcome.

  3. L3

    Reconstruction supported

The available evidence supports the stated reconstruction within a disclosed boundary.

Does not establish: Live-source verification, legal or clinical correctness, or any realized or independently verified outcome.

  4. L4

    Live source verified

A live external artifact has been authenticated against its source system or custodian.

Does not establish: A complete episode, causation, an economic outcome, or any realized saving — automatically.

  5. L5

    Outcome realized

    The stated outcome actually occurred.

Does not establish: Independent verification, attribution beyond the record, or generalization to other cases.

  6. L6

    Outcome independently verified

A realized outcome has been confirmed through an agreed independent standard.

Does not establish: Generalized effectiveness, future performance, or legal/clinical correctness beyond the verified scope.
